On Stourbridge Road at the junction with Meadow Road Bromsgrove
The memorial consists of a helmeted soldier with bowed head over reversed
arms on top of a granite cenotaph which itself is set on a three tiered
pedestal. The details are engraved on three faces and the dedication is at the
base of the side facing the road.
The memorial is set in a small garden
The memorial has been cleaned and the pedestal replaced in 1998 and looks in
immaculate condition. The memorial is lit at night.
The inscriptions are highlighted in black.
During the renovation a plate listing the dead of WWII has been added to the
base.
