The memorial is constructed from marble and is affixed to an interior wall directly opposite the entrance to the church

There is a brass plate attached to the choir stalls bench:
TO THE MEMORY OF ERIC MONTAGU A REGULAR WORSHIPPER IN THIS PLACE. HE WAS KILLED IN ACTION ITALY ON OCTOBER 12TH 1943 He ever sought to serve god and his neighbour |
In the entrance porch there is a roll of those who served hand painted
onto a wooden board with a carved surround:
