The memorial is inscribed on two columns which form an arch at the rear of
the church.
The memorial to those who died in WWI is on the left hand column. The family
of the two men who are commemorated donated the Bronze memorial plaques which
were given to them by the government and they are set into the column at the
top and bottom of the inscription.
