The memorial consists of two stained glass windows
The left hand window is the figure of St George with a halo, holding a lance
with cross of St George pennant on it and a shield with same.
The right hand window is the figure St Martin holding a sword in his right
hand And the following text is under each figure, the original text is in an
old English style font. The dedication and list of names are in clear panels in wreaths, the remainder of the text in scrolls:
