There is also a parchment Roll of Honour in a frame, in an extremely well-preserved state, explained by a note affixed to it which reads:


This facsimile “Roll of Honour” was copied from the damaged original found in the village of Avenbury, and records the names of men who enlisted in the Great War 1914-1918
