A brass plaque beneath a painted triptych, showing angels either side of a knight in armour holding a flag with the cross of St. George. At the knights feet are white lilies, roses, and blue iris. On the bottom part of the left hand panel is a distant view of a church, prbably whichford itself; on the right a view of a war cemetery, with the characteristic cross of sacrifice found in WW I graveyards.

Roadside memorial:

At the road junction leading to the church. (OS reference SP 314347) A cross on a square pillar, made of cotswold stone. On the four faces of the pillar, the following inscriptions (somewhat eroded):
